My partner and I recently stayed at Jackson's Motor Inn, and we're still talking about how wonderful it was and still is, as we extended our stay. It wasn't just the comfortable room or the convenient location, though those were great. What really stood out was the incredible kindness of the staff. We hit a really rough patch during our travels – one of those unexpected moments that can throw your whole trip into chaos. Honestly, we were feeling pretty stressed and unsure what to do. The team at Jackson's didn't just do their jobs - they genuinely cared. They listened, offered real, practical help, and showed us a level of compassion that you just don't encounter every day. It felt like they truly went out of their way to make a difficult situation manageable for us, and that meant the world. The inn itself was a welcome comfort – clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed to regroup. But it's the people there who make Jackson's Motor Inn truly special. If you're looking for a place to stay where you'll be met with genuine warmth and support, especially if life throws you a curveball, we wholeheartedly recommend Jackson's Motor Inn. We left feeling so grateful for their help and will definitely be back. A huge thank you to everyone there – you were amazing.

Around the sink and shower was quite dirty. And the air-conditioner was too small for the size of the room. I don't think it was located in a good spot for the layout. There were a lot of drunk/drug people there fighting both nights we were there so that wasn't very good for the children. The good side is they enjoyed the pool (when able) due to the people fighting they stayed in the room for the most part of the first day. That is no fault of the accommodation itself.

The rooms are equipped with everything a traveller may need, including an iron/board and a microwave that some other motels often lack. The toiletaries, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are in large bottles instead of one use packing. The queen bed size was comfortable.

I was late booking in for my last two nights and they texted me to give me my room number and telling me that that the key was under the room doormat.
